Cal Football and the Iconic Raiders' Black Hole Fan Group Collaborate

The California Golden Bears have unveiled a new fan section in the south end zone of California Memorial Stadium, named 'The Black Bear'. This initiative is a collaboration with the legendary Raiders' fan group, 'The Black Hole', known for their passionate support during the Raiders' tenure in Oakland.

A New Home for East Bay Football Fans

Fans who purchase tickets through the group's link on Cal's website will have the exclusive opportunity to sit in this designated section. The 'Black Bear' section aims to bring the same fervor and energy that 'The Black Hole' is renowned for to Cal Football games.

Enhanced Game Day Experience

In addition to the dedicated seating, the 'Black Bear' section will feature a tent in Oski's Village, Cal's pregame fan fest area. This will provide fans with a unique tailgating experience, further enhancing the game day atmosphere.

Inaugural Game and Season Outlook

The 'Black Bear' section will make its debut this Saturday as the Golden Bears host the Texas Southern Tigers. Cal is looking to build on their strong start to the season, having defeated the Oregon State Beavers 34-15 in Week 1.
